If you are a current member of the Church of Scientology, but are yet reading this, then I guess this
almost certainly means that you have doubts about whether you wish to remain with that organisation.
I certainly do not wish to be accused of 'encouraging' you out of the fold. If we beat a drum for anything
in this group, then we beat it for tone arm action. We do not much care where you get your auditing,
just so long as you are getting it and that it is producing results at (and above) your expectations. If
you are getting those results where you are, then by all means stay there.
One thing I can suggest that may be of help is the doubt formula. To apply this properly may take quite a bit of study of all sorts of sites on the net, including, probably, some not so pleasant ones. Be advised to treat almost everything you read with some skepticism as there are all sorts of folk on both sides who either have a vested interest or are otherwise poorly informed. I have faith that you will sort the wheat from the chaff in your own time. Please notice, however, that in the Free Zone we do not tell you that there are certain things you cannot read, that you cannot look and make up your own mind. If you do the doubt formula with the 'help' of an ethics officer in the church, you will only be allowed to hear their version of the facts and most likely be thrown out if you dare to go further. Another thing that worries some people is that if they join the Free Zone in some way, then the Church will never welcome them back. Unfortunately, through no wish of ours, this is probably true. The threat is that you will lose your friends and also your chance of freedom on the Bridge. In the latter case, I refer you to our success stories pages where I hope you will see that there are plenty of people making it along the Bridge quite unaided by the official Church of Scientology. With regard to your friends, well, some of them may chose to remain your friend regardless of what others tell them to do. And you will make new ones in the Free Zone.
